Interpersonal Styles ↗ Social Styles (Driver – Expressive – Amiable – Analytic) Overview: • Increase relationship strength and the ability to influence positive outcomes in business (and personal) situations. • The participants receive feedback on their own Style (Driver, Expressive, Amiable, Analytical) from internal customers, staff, peers, support staff, and/or leaders. • They gain insight on how their style yields potential strengths (to be built upon) and weaknesses (to be turned into strengths) in everyday business dialogue. • Participants are also taught to identify others’ styles and then select appropriate strategies to increase their versatility for responding to others. • Development of style awareness and appropriate responses (versatility) to improve personal effectiveness in all situations. ↗ Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® MBTI® Overview: • Developed by Isabel Myers and Katharine Briggs, the MBTI® instrument is based on the work of Swiss psychiatrist Carl G. Jung’s Theory of Type. • In this workshop, participants learn about their own type and that of others. • The 16 types help participants recognize their own strengths and weakness, appreciate diversity and adjust their behavior promoting healthy cooperation, teamwork and a productive workplace. • All versions of programs provide interactive activities and action planning. ↗ Versatility Power Overview: • Versatility Power™ is a one-day interactive, experiential workshop, designed to act as a follow-up to a ‘social styles’ type, (Driver, Analytic, Expressive, Amiable, MBTI, DiSC) training program or as a standalone. • The six components of versatility, which are the gateway to success in connecting with people…their way are explored in depth.
