Overview:
• This one-day program introduces participants to the idea that conflict is a fact of life in organizations, and is something that can be managed vs. feared or ignored.
• Participants look at past conflicts that were resolved satisfactorily or unsatisfactorily and strategize on ways to deal with current and future conflict situations.

• So many departments and projects work in a matrix organization where team members have to come together to get results without direct authority.
• Work with peers that you have no direct input over, and yet rely on getting results from them. This program will focus on the use and misuse of communication, influence, power, and authority.

Overview:
• This program blends negotiating skills and an influence model with skill practices and feedback.
